Scrunch Out the Crunch:

Pour a sized amount of oil in the palm of your hand and rub your hands together. Begin scrunching/squeezing your hair from the tips to the roots one section at a time.

Scalp Care:

Pour 2 to 3 drops of oil onto to your fingertips then massage/stimulate the scalp. Repeat this process 2 to 3 times a week.

Pre- Shampoo Treatment:

Before applying, detangle the hair and apply to scalp in sections. Leave the Treatment on for 15 to 30 minutes. Then wash your hair as usual, you may need to shampoo twice.

Hot Oil Treatment:

Use the same steps as pre-shampoo treatment mentioned above but use a heat bonnet for 30 minutes.
