Co-Founder
Vijaiam Nathan is an accountant by profession. Born out of her love and passion for embracing one's natural hair, she established CurlyHeavenSg on Instagram and YouTube as a go-to platform for anyone who needed the encouragement. She found that being a curly girl was considered a 'hassle' in Singapore, and recognized the need for someone to be the voice behind breaking that misconception. Her advocacy is aimed towards motivating and empowering other women, particularly the younger generation, helping them embrace their natural curls.
She amassed her experience through a trial and error process with various products, and experimenting with different techniques on her natural hair - a process she shares on her online media platforms. In doing so, she hopes to show the effort that goes into taking care of one's hair in the most honest way possible, so as to never compromise on the quality and integrity of her content.
Having learned to love her natural curls in her 20s, she seeks to inspire and empower other women to do the same by teaching them that 'natural can be beautiful'. She achieves this goal through uplifting hair content she creates and shares regularly on CurlyHeavenSg.

Maha Lakshmi V K had first kick started her journey as a freelance hairstylist, acquainting herself with the intricacies of hair care.
After years of chemical damage to her own mane, she immersed herself in extensive research and practice, eventually transitioning into her crown of curly hair. This labour of love paved the path for her own brand, Mane Game. Built around the values of integrity, empowerment and inspiration, she has successfully created a safe haven for women from all walks of life to feel comfortable in their natural crowns.
Leveraging upon her experiences, she guides and helps clients with their hair/scalp concerns. As an extension to this, she actively advocates for natural hair, educating followers across all her social media platforms on scalp care, hair care, and embracing curls.
She strongly believes in the crucial role a healthy scalp plays when it comes to optimum hair health. Equipped with a repertoire of experience, she joyfully sports her curls as an identity as well as one of her greatest strengths. She hopes her confidence and down-to-earth approach to wearing one’s curls proudly will lead the way towards breaking taboos surrounding curly hair.
